Will Carnegie - Senior Associate

Growing up on Jersey, Will Carnegie's background has always been close to the water and includes an early career in the Navy. However, with sailing as his true passion, he was lured towards the ultimate leadership challenge as head of training and then eventually Race Skipper in the BT Global Challenge round the world yacht race 2000-01 where he commanded 'Team Veritas'. Since 2001 Will has dedicated his life to transferring his hard won leadership and team experience to business where he is recognised as an accomplished speaker, trainer, and executive coach. However, as one of MAXVMG's sailing event experts he still keeps his hand in on the ocean wave. Will is also accredited in Situational Leadership, SDI, MBTI and TMSDI profiling tools.
