Martin Fricker - Senior Associate

Martin has an expensive track record in delivering successful and innovative learning and development programmes for a wide range of public and private industry sectors.  He has worked with individuals and teams from senior management, middle management, graduates and apprentices.  He is constantly revising his coaching and facilitation techniques with a goal of developing the best possible tools to draw-upon when working with clients.

Martin spent 24 years in the Royal Navy.  He specialised in physical and recreational training and more latterly leadership training and coaching.  This is what has underpinned his ability to work at pace with individuals and teams to achieve high performance results.
