Louise is a results driven executive coach whose leadership and team development experience spans over eight years having worked within a range of industry sectors across the learning & development marketplace.  As a member of the SFL team she has worked with individuals and teams from senior management, middle management, graduates and apprentices.  Her style of facilitation, and straight talking approach have always brought excellent feedback from clients and co-facilitators.
