Julia Carden
Julia Carden is our HR Consultant with over twenty years experience in individual and group development. Specialising in Management and Leadership assessment and development she has worked extensively in the public and private sectors. Her most recent engagements have included; the delivery of a development centre with follow-on coaching and management and leadership training for a large car retailer; Executive Board development with a plc, and a social housing group; and ongoing coaching work with a wide cross-section of clients. She has also recently completed a large project with Portsmouth University to promote positive behaviors in support of their new anti-bullying and harassment policy
Julia is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a NLP practitioner, and has a track record of working with a variety of diverse teams. She is equally comfortable on the “shop floor” as she is with the senior executive team, and has a proven ability to deliver results. In relating to the client Julia is able to identify and draw upon a wide range of psychometric tools with which she has an intimate knowledge, these include: the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ); 16 Personality Factors (16PF); the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI); and Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI).
Julia’s style is enthusiastic, engaging and personable, exuding energy which both motivates and inspires individuals to challenge their own style, and identify development goals and requirements.
In addition to the qualifications above Julia is an honours graduate, a licensed CIPD assessor and advisor, is BPS Level A and Level B qualified, and is also a qualified Prince 2 Project Manager practitioner. She has attained the “Further and Adult Education Teachers’ Certificate”, and is a graduate member of Chartered Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS).
