'Performance Management' was the topic of the day for day one of this two day conference for GSK internal sales force Coaches. In order to bring the subject to life Mark Denton both facilitated this interactive day as well as interweaving his insight from the Global Challenge race course into the programme to great acclaim from the client and all who attended.
