BMW has chosen MAXVMG to create and deliver a two day programme on Leadership and High Performing Teams for it's Learning Academy at Wokefield Park near Reading. This will form part of an innovative set of learning and development offerings aimed at educating and equipping it's dealership network. The two day programme is formed of a hybrid one day interactive Global Challenge Masterclass combined with a highly pragmatic action learning based second day where Dealer principles share their insight on the challenges they face and work together to create innovative solutions for implementation. The programme will be piloted early in 2010 with six iterations per year planned through to 2013.
