This 2 day programme was the final part of a 6 month development course for Ashfield in2focus's  emerging leaders run by Business Edge Solutions and Training (BEST). Day one saw two intrepid teams assemble at Sunsail's Uk base at Port Solent Portsmouth where they met their facilitators Will Carnegie and MaxVMG's Mark Denton. Day one was out on the water putting all they have learnt over the course into practice for real in a head to head team sailing competition to see who would be crowned "Masters of the Solent". Day two was a thorough debrief and action planning session of how they could put what they had learnt on the water into practice.
