This three day event saw One Anglo Supply Chain leaders fly in from all four corners of the planet to attend the kick off of the 'Capability Accelerator'. This ground breaking programme based on an Action Learning approach is designed to transform the capability of participants so that they can increase the speed of execution of their significant delivery challenges through increased and enhanced engagement with their Line Managers, Peers, Teams and stakeholders.
As part of this Mark Denton will be coaching 6 leaders in conjunction with Ken Ideus of the Delta Partnership who is also coaching another 6. Spearheading the Capability Accelerator is Edinburgh based Forth Road Ltd who MaxVMG have worked with on several previous occasions. The leadership coaching programme involves virtual and face to face support over the next 6 months with leaders being benchmarked before during and after to monitor progress.
