For the third year running the Wolseley graduates on nearing the end of their induction year come back together for a final development programme before being set loose on the business! As part of this they experience the insight of what it takes to create high performance in Team's from Maxvmg's Mark Denton using the much applauded Leadership and Teamwork in the eye of the storm multi media training module.
This high impact 1/2 day session always goes down a storm (excuse the pun) with many of the graduates saying that it is the highlight of their development programme.
