As part of a high impact Leader development programme run by High Performance Development Limited (HPD), Mark Denton ran the first of a series of 1/2 day Global Challenge Leadership Masterclasses that are based on the award winning Leadership and Teamwork in the eye of the storm multi media training module.
However, the story is slowed down to allow a more detailed look at the leadership journey combined with interactive breakouts that challenge delegates with the some of the same situations that Mark faced on the race. "The feedback is outstanding as ever" said HPD Director Ruari Chisholm.
