Conference speech for 180 high potentials as part of their fast track development within BT, held in the fantastic auditorium within BT Centre. Here's the feedback:
"Thank you for delivering to your customary high standard last Thursday - it was a delight to see people as enthralled by what you had to say as I had been when I first heard your presentation. We have been getting great feedback from everyone on the whole talent event and on your presentation. The feedback from those who completed the evaluation form on the day is that 88% responded extremely/very highly on: The external presentation has inspired me to be a better leader. There were lots of positive references to your presentation over drinks, too, in the evening. I am sure we will have opportunities to work together again in the future and I look forward to that"
